Balanced ScorecardA balanced scorecard allows us to measure our home in 4 different quadrants: care, finances, internal processes and learning opportunities. Each department measures their success in these four areas. The Quality Committee of the Board reviews in detail our balanced scorecards to help us to improve the areas identified in red.
