Visiting

We welcome visitation during the day and evening.  Our building is locked at 9 pm for the safety of our residents.  We welcome families whose loved ones are palliative to stay with their relatives 24 hours per day. 

Reception is open:
Monday through Friday 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Closed on statutory holidays.

Parking

Visitor parking is available in our underground from Monday to Thursday after 3:30 and all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday and statuatory holidays. The parkade is accessed from the back lane.  The parkade key must be signed out on the small table to the right of reception.  Please note there are times when the parking lot is completely full.  There are two paying lots close to our home, one lot off the back lane and another lot on Bute Street. There is limited street parking in the neighborhood.  Public transit brings buses to stops approximately 50m. from the building.
